No Surprises

When it comes to the cost of healthcare - none of us likes surprises or hidden fees. At Cornelia Dental we want you to be completely comfortable with your experience in office and that includes financial arrangements for treatment. One of our treatment coordinators will work with you to help you decide what will work best for your budget.

Working with Your Insurance Company

Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage. Our office staff files your insurance claims for you electronically to eliminate the hassle of insurance claims and paperwork for you. We will work with your insurance provider to make sure that we maximize your insurance benefits to meet your dental needs and work within your budget. We strive to make your entire dental experience a pleasant one.

Online Payment and Account Information

With just the simple click of a mouse, our secure online service allows you to:

  • View your appointment and account information any time.
  • Sign up for email or text appointment reminders.
  • Check your payment history and see current charges.
  • See your treatment plan
  • Print out flex spending reimbursement and tax receipts.

If you do not have a patient log in and would like to begin viewing your account information online, and from the comfort of your own home, sign up for your own personal account online or call our office and we will be happy to get you started.

No Insurance? No Problem!

Many of our patients do not have dental insurance. Individual dental insurance policy premiums are often not cost effective for patients. We recommend that you do the math before purchasing an individual policy and make sure that you are not paying more in premiums than you are likely to receive in dental benefits. This means checking into the yearly deductibles and maximums, as well as any waiting periods for dental treatment for a plan.

We know that prevention and early detection can save you time, money, and discomfort! In order to better serve the patients in our community, we created an in-house dental plan called the Habersham Dental Advantage Plan.
