We want you to know that we will continue to follow the strictest safety protocols for infection controls. During this time we have heightened our already high safety standards. We will continue to seek out expert guidance and recommendations so that we can be flexible and quickly adopt new protocols, technology, and innovation to best serve our patients.
In order to best protect you and our team members, we ask patients NOT to visit our office if you have ANY COVID-19 associated symptoms.
If you, a friend or family member have a dental emergency, as always, we are here for you. If you are not currently a patient of ours and are unable to reach your family dentist, we will be happy to assist. First and foremost, your health and safety are our primary concern.
All Patients Screened Prior to Entering Office
When you visit our office for dental care, we will ask you to remain in your car and call or text our office to let us know when you have arrived. You will be screened over the phone by a team member prior to entering our office for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 infection. A team member will perform a temperature scan and you will be asked to complete and sign an electronic version of our screening questionaire. If your temperature reading is higher than 99℉ or you have other signs or symptoms of COVID-19, we will refer you to your primary care physician, the Habersham County Health Department, or Augusta University Health Expresscare Online Screening.
